No cleaning fees! 12% Tax added to rates. Regardless of package, we don't rent out the extra room. The place is yours for privacy etc.
Max 6 people. Rate includes one parking space. Two cars need to park behind one another. Rate includes one boat slip. Please verify exactly what you are renting by the packages above. 50% Deposit is due at time of reservation. Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are not refundable. Exceptions are made for hurricanes. A $500.00 damage deposit required at check in and will be taken via credit card and destroyed upon damage free check out. We understand that things happen and recommend trip insurance. If you can not make the reservation and we can rent the unit for the time of your cancelled reservation, we will refund that difference. We cannot afford to finance personal mishaps as we depend on every reservation for our existence. Thank you for your understanding of this policy. We are really fun and easy to get along with, but past experience has made us implement these policies.
