Madeira Waters Inn is a non traditional B&B/Vacation Rental with a 40' foot boat slip. Here the B&B stands for Bed and Boat. It is becoming a novelty in Florida to have the opportunity to spend the night at a quality place and arrive by boat. We do have a parking spot for the folks arriving by land. We are a single unit Inn/Vacation Rental which actually has an optional room on the first floor if you want to bring the kids, or perhaps another couple. The unit is a 2/2 with a master king upstairs with fantastic water view and a optional queen bed downstairs, a optional queen sleeper, full open kitchen, two patios, one up, one down. Full size washer and dryer, high speed internet wi/fi. 40' Foot Boat Slip! The Inn is newly renovated and fully furnished and equipped. This Inn is also available as a long term vacation rental as well. Being that we are a one unit Inn, food preparation is only allowed by our guests in the fully equipped kitchen. Therefore the B&B stands for Boat and Bed. 50% Deposit required at time of reservation.  Full amount due 30 days prior to arrival.  Daily rates based on 2 adults. See rates page for details.  No smokers, No pets. 1 car max. 2 boats max.
