Please initial each item upon check in:

We are glad you have chosen us for your vacation plans!  A few things to make your stay more enjoyable:

• _____ Please pay remainder of amount due when you check in, via cash or check made payable to Chris Bogle.  If you need to use your Visa or M.C., we will take that as a third option.  Damage deposit of $500.00 will be taken on Visa or MC.
• _____ Feel free to use the complimentary, wireless high speed internet for your device.  The best reception is usually found at the tiki bar.
• _____ Laundry facilities are located in the front for our long-term guests.  Feel free to use them on Wednesday.  Other days are reserved for the people next door, as they have to work.  Chances are good that laundry will be in the washer as well as the dryer.  Please call Andrea on her cell phone at 727-743-3891, as she is the laundry room manager.  She does not want you to be responsible for any laundry left in the washer and/or dryer.
• _____ Trash is located on the south side of the house and is serviced Tuesday and Friday morning. 
• _____ Before departure on your last day, dispose of any kitchen trash due to the fact Florida is home for many bugs.
• _____ The Jacuzzi is for all to share.  See Chris for simple directions.
• _____ Feel free to enjoy the dock and the tiki bar.  If you rent a boat, feel free to tie it up to either side of the dock.  We are not responsible for any damages, so make sure the boat is secured properly.
• _____ Bikes are outside the door.  Feel free to use them responsibly.
• _____ Parking can be a challenge.  You are allowed one car.  If you have two temporarily, please park behind one another to allow for two more cars in the driveway.  Stay as far forward and to the left when parking. 
• _____ John’s Pass is at the end of the street with several shops, bars, and restaurants.  There is also a parking garage for guest vehicles.
• _____ We have two water systems outside.  Outside your door is reclaimed water for the lawn and not to be used.  Also, do not turn it off if you hear it running. The hose on the dock is regular city water and may be used.
• _____ Please call Chris on his cell phone at 727-510-6296 if there is anything you need.
• _____ Upstairs is new bamboo flooring that scratches easily, please no shoes upstairs.
• _____ We have a trolley that run’s every 30 minutes on Gulf Blvd.  It covers about 30 miles of the West Coast for beach/bar hopping.  $4.00 pass for all day riding!
• ______ Air conditioning is a luxury and comes as a premium.  Please help us keep our rates reasonable.  When you leave the Inn for the day, place temp at 82.  When gone for a short period, set it at 80.  When home during day, set it at 78 and sleeping is very comfortable at 76 degrees.
• ______ We advertise no smokers allowed.  Seems that our smoking guests somehow conveniently overlook this.  If you smoke please go down the street.  Not on the balcony and not at the tiki bar!

• _____ Please place all dirty towels and sheets at door in a pile.
• _____ Place all trash in cans located on the side of house.
• _____ Winter - A/C in the off and auto position upstairs
• _____ Summer -  A/C set to auto and 84 degrees.
• _____ Place key under blue mat and lock all doors
• _____ Throw out any perishable foods.
• Chris will properly dispose of any left over beer, tequila, vodka, wine, gin, scotch, bourbon, rum etc.
